Sand Casting
Pattern and corebox tools are designed using your 3d CAD data and built for our precision airset molding process. With the ability to pour steel, iron, aluminum, zinc and copper based alloys, the sand cast process offers the best combination of delivery and value for your casting dollar. Parts can be turned around in as little as 2-3 days, with 1-2 weeks being typical. Our machining and secondary finishing (painting, plating, etc...) capabilities allow us to provide you a finished, complete part.
Plaster Casting
Offering a finer surface finish than sand casting, plaster casting is the ideal process for thin walled, non-ferrous casting projects. Detailed features not attainable using other prototype casting processes can easily be replicated using plaster molding materials.

Investment Casting
The ability to cast high temperature materials; specifically steels, irons and copper alloys, makes investment casting an excellent choice for your precision prototyping needs. Parts can produced using hard tooling or directly from a CAD file depending on the scope of your project.
Die Casting
Prototype mold cavities are CNC machined to prove out designs or for small production runs requiring die cast materials or exacting tolerances.
CNC Machining, inspection and certification available for prototype and production parts!
