Plastic Injection Molding

Craft Pattern & Mold manufactures simple, aluminum open-and-shut mold tooling as well as complex steel tools with automated coring. We have a wide range of CNC milling, turning and EDM capabilities to deal with the toughest of designs. Whatever your requirements, let our experienced team of mold making professionals assist you with your plastic injection molding needs.

Vacuum Forming

Boasting CNC mill travel up to 120", Craft Pattern & Mold has the tools to handle the jobs others can't. We supply wood masters and prototype hardwood tools, all the way up to fully cast and CNC machined aluminum tools with water cooling. Tools can be rigged in vacuum boxes or supplied loose to be mounted and plumbed at your facility.

Compression Molding

Low volume compression mold tooling made of mahogany or a similar hardwood is a good means of producing low volume or prototype designs. For higher volume production jobs, cast and fully CNC machined aluminum mold tools can be produced and supplied tailored to your specifications.

Fiberglass

Our bridge milling capabilities, with travel up to 120", allow us to produce large patterns and tools that others cannot handle. Similar to prototype/low volume compression mold tools in construction and material, fiberglass masters and mold tools can be provided in days, not weeks. We design mold tools in house and thoroughly finish each mold to your desired specifications.
