Precision CNC Machining
In keeping with our philosophy of continuous improvement, we aggressively seek out and implement cutting-edge technologies that allow us to turn parts faster and hold the tighter tolerances.
Our new 35,000 sq-ft Product Development Center houses fifteen state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical machining centers, many with 4-axis capability. Travel sizes range from 16" up to 120", giving us the flexibility to correctly match the machine to the job. We are well versed in machining both plastics and metals and can accommodate virtually all commercially available materials.
CAD and CAD-CAM software packages from Delcam, Surfcam and Solidworks are utilized for design and CNC tool-path generation. Parts are machined to your specifications using supplied 3d files and toleranced 2d prints. Supporting PPAP documentation (PSW, material certification, dimensional inspection reports, control plans, PFMEA, process flow diagram, etc...), as well as NDT inspection services (x-ray, mag particle and dye penetrant testing), can be supplied upon request.
