Addition of CNC Horizontal Machining Center

Craft Pattern & Mold is proud to announce the addition of a Milltronics HM35 horizontal machining center to complement its already extensive line of machining capabilities. The acquisition allows for single set-up machining of large, complex parts at a competitive price. With an integrated rotary 4th axis, the HM35 has the size, horsepower and accuracy to machine precision parts up to 51” x 35” x 25”.

High Speed CNC Milling and Turning

Craft Pattern & Mold's skilled team of CAD operators and CNC machinists have the experience and training to handle your toughest tasks. Our broad selection of precision, high speed CNC machining centers can handle a diverse assortment of materials; including wood and tooling plastics as well as aluminum, cast iron, carbon and stainless steels. Our large bridge mills can process parts up to 80" x 120" in a single set-up, saving you valuable time and money as well as reducing variation due to multiple set-ups.

CMM Inspection

Craft Pattern & Mold prides itself on the ability to meet your project needs and part requirements. We operate a fully staffed quality inspection department, anchored by a 9' FARO Arm CMM, to verify the product you receive meets your design specifications. First article qualification and contract inspection of your production parts is also available.
